These terms cover your use of this website and any redesign we do for you. By working with us you agree to them. We keep them short and plain; email [email protected] with any question.

What we do

We redesign an existing business website into a faster, better one. Where shown, the price is $3,500 flat for the agreed scope, typically live in about two weeks. Scope, pages, and any extras are confirmed with you in writing before we start.

Payment — you pay when it's live

You don't pay until the redesigned site is up and working on your domain and you've confirmed it. If we never get it live, you owe nothing. Payment is due once the site is live and accepted.

Preview demos

A /try/<domain> preview is a free, no-obligation mock-up built from your public content. It is marked no-index, is temporary (auto-expires after ~30 days), and is yours to look at with no strings. Placeholder images may be used until we swap in yours.

Your content & ownership

You confirm you have the right to any text, images, or brand assets you give us to use. On full payment, the final delivered site is yours. Preview mock-ups and unused concepts remain ours until then.

What we don't promise

We build a fast, well-structured site, but we can't guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or revenue — those depend on many things outside a website. The service is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, where we operate (Jana III Sobieskiego 40/2N, 60-688 Poznań). We'll always try to sort out any issue with you directly first.

Changes

If we update these terms we'll change the date above. Continued use means you accept the current version.
